I like that CF is a customer centric company with many dedicated professionals doing a great job. I can recollect one instance where the team serviced a loan application of a patient who had surgery scheduled early morning and had shared documents just the previous night. Even during the night, the team quickly processed his application and the patient happily went for the surgery the next day. I was pretty impressed with the team's performance.
